Butter Cream Frosting for Whiskey Cake


Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter, softened 1 lb. powdered sugar 1 c. pecans, chopped 1 tsp. vanilla 3-5 Tbsp. whiskey 1-2 Tbsp. milk (if necessary)
Directions:
Frost your Whiskey Cake with this delicious, rich frosting. In a medium bowl, cream butter with powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients: vanilla, whiskey, chopped pecans. Beat until the frosting is of spreadable consistency. If it seems resistant to "spreading" add a little bit of milk.
