Tomato-Yogurt Soup

Ingredients:
1 sm clove garlic, peeled, choppd 1/4 c finely chopped sweet onion 4 lg ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded, coarsely chopped 2 c plain nonfat yogurt 1 Tbsp sugar 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil 1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
Chop garlic and onion. Add tomatoes: puree. Add yogurt, sugar, chopped basil, salt, cayenne. Process until blended. Pour into a bowl, cover, refrigerate until chilled. Garnish with basil leaves. Serve warm or cold (just as long as you don't let it boil!)
