Peanut Butter Satay Sauce

1/2 c. peanut butter 1/4 c. hot water 1 Tbsp soy sauce 2 Tbsp lime juice 1 Tbsp brown sugar 1 clove garlic

Combine peanut butter with hot water. Stir vigorously until peanut butter mixture is smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Serve with Beef Satay - Beef on a Stick.
