1 egg
1 1/4 c. milk |
Directions:
Bisquick is a "quick-mix" combining flour, leavening, sugar, and salt. I transfer mine from the box into a canister to keep it fresh...but then I can't remember how many eggs? How much milk? Pancakes without worries - nice and fluffy the way the kids like them.
In a large bowl, measure out the Bisquick. Break an egg into the bowl, then add the milk. Stir with a whisk just enough to create a smooth batter.
Drop by large spoonfuls onto a very hot griddle. Flip when the bubbles stay. Cook only briefly on the other side. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
