Gluten Free Homemade Pasta More Recipes Like This


Ingredients: Metric Units
1/3 c. tapioca flour
1/3 c. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. potato starch flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. xanthan gum
2 large eggs
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions:
Make your own gluten-free pasta!

Combine flours, salt, and xanthan gum. Beat eggs lightly and add oil. Pour egg into flour mixture and combine. Work the dough into a firm ball. Knead a little while.

Roll the dough out as thinly as possible. Or use a pasta machine to cut into noodles.
