Gluten Free Pizza Crust
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. cornstarch
2/3 c. rice flour
1/4 tsp. xanthan gum
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
Don't envy pizza eaters anymore - make your own pizza!
Beat milk and eggs together. Add flours, xanthan gum, and salt.
Melt shortening and add to dough.
Spread the dough into your favorite pizza shape and top with sauce and your favorite toppings. Bake at 400°F for 20 min. until crust is browned, cheese is bubbly.
