Chocolate Fudge Sauce More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units
5 oz. unsweetened Swiss chocolate
1/2 c butter
1 12-oz. can evaporated milk
3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Melt chocolate, butter. Mix in milk alternately with powdered sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Cook, stirring constantly, 8 minutes or until thickened and creamy.

Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Refrigerate until needed. Makes 3 cups.
