One 8-oz. container low-fat plain yogurt
1 medium cucumber - peeled, seeded, then shredded and drained
2 tsp. white wine vinegar (garlic or other white vinegar will do in a pinch)
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
1 clove garlic, minced
Dash of white pepper
Dash of salt
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill. Serve with Falafel or Babaganoush. Enjoy! -Diana
