One 3-5 lb. roast of beef (cheaper the better)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (store brand is fine)
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix (Lipton's is best!)
Serve this wicked juicy roast with potatoes or noodles. Great when its cold outside.
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Place roast on several layers of heavy aluminum foil. Spoon undiluted soup over the top of the roast, then sprinkle with the dry onion soup mix. Seal the roast completely into the foil, taking care not to rip the foil (need a good seal).
Place in a roasting pan, and bake at 325°F (163°C) for four hours.
