2 baking potatoes
1/2 c. chopped fresh basil leaves
salt
olive oil
black pepper
Directions:
Roasted potatoes, Swedish style.
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Cut baking potatoes into wedges with a sharp knife. Lay potatoes in a baking dish. Sprinkle with chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil and toss potatoes to coat (so they won't stick in the oven).
