2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. water |
Directions:
Short cooking time releases the flavor and the colors in the cabbage. It's like a completely different vegetable!
Chop cabbage.
Heat skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Mince garlic and add to pan. Add cabbage and toss briefly.
Add water and cover immediately. Allow to cook about 3 min. Cabbage will be bright and fragrant.
