1 boneless chicken breast
1/4 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic garlic seasoning (optional)
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions:
A kid-friendly recipe that's pretty healthy too: how about that?
Partially defrost one chicken breast.
Slice into thin slices, about 1/4 inch thick or less. (Partially frozen, it makes it easier to slice thinly.)
In a small to medium bowl, place flour, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss chicken in flour to coat all pieces.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. If you're using it, add Garlic Garlic seasoning here. (It's a seasoning/dip mix; alternatively, use minced garlic.)
When oil is hot, add chicken pieces in a single layer. Allow to cook without flipping for a few minutes. Then flip and cook the other side.
That's it. Serve with barbecue sauce, honey mustard, sweet and sour, or ketchup.
