3 tsp. maple syrup

Directions:
A frosty treat for those shining autumn afternoons - where you know the cold is coming but you can't quite believe in it yet.
Prepare the pumpkin by making sure the pumpkin is thoroughly pureed. It should look like soft-serve ice cream.
In a blender, place ice cream (about 4 scoops). Pour pumpkin puree on top. Add milk, syrup and cinnamon. Blend until frothy.
