1/2 cup applesauce
1/3 cup honey
2 - 3 Tbsp. prepared brown or stone-ground mustard
One 1/2-inch-thick ham slice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine applesauce, honey and mustard. Spread over the ham slice. Bake slowly (for one hour) at 325 degrees. Serves 4. Enjoy! -Diana
