Roasted Acorn Squash

Ingredients:
One Acorn Squash 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter a paper grocery bag
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut paper grocery bag to fit a jelly roll pan. Slice the acorn squash in half and scoop out the insides. Butter the paper where the flesh of the squash will touch the paper. Place the squash, cut sides down, onto the buttered area of the paper. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 35 mins. or until soft. Remove from oven and carefully scoop squash out into a serving bowl. Flavor with either salt and butter, or with a little less butter and brown sugar. Serves 2 adults.
