Muenster Chicken More Recipes Like This


Ingredients: Metric Units
1 to 1.5 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
2-3 beaten eggs
1/2 cup (that's one stick!) butter
bread crumbs
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chicken bouillon
6+ slices Muenster cheese
Directions:
Yield: 4 servings

Soak chicken in beaten egg for 1 hour, then bread chicken with crumbs.

Brown chicken in butter. Place chicken in a shallow casserole.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Sauté mushrooms in butter and place on top of chicken. Pour bouillon over chicken and mushrooms and cover all with Muenster cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 20-30 min. Enjoy! -Diana
