EDITOR'S NOTE: The men in my husband's family have declared: "Real men don't eat quiche!" Well, name it "Omelet Pie" and not only do they not know any better, they rave about how good it is - HAHAHAHAHA!!!!
Yield: 6 servings
Butter a 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle cheese, bacon/ham and mushrooms in the prepared plate.
In a blender, place remaining ingredients: eggs, flour, salt, milk, onion, pepper. Blend for one minute. Pour over ingredients in pie plate.
Bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes (or a bit longer, if the pie plate is glass). Until center is set and doesn't jiggle when the pie plate is jostled.
