6 hardboiled eggs
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
salt
Paprika, parsley for garnish
Directions:
Halve eggs lengthwise; remove yolks and mash with a fork. Stir in mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, and 1/8 tsp. salt. Stuff eggs with yolk mixture. Garnish with paprika or parsley. (For more spice, add garlic powder and freshly cracked black pepper to the yolk mixture). Enjoy! -Diana
