Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
6 hard boiled eggs 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. vinegar 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip garlic powder and black pepper to taste (optional) salt Paprika, parsley for garnish
Directions:
Perfect picnic food. Halve eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a medium non-reactive bowl. Set whites aside - lay them on one of those fancy egg-plates if you have one, or just set them on a platter. Mash yolks with a fork. Stir in mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, and 1/8 tsp. salt. If you like a little more zing, add garlic powder and freshly cracked black pepper to the yolk mixture. Stuff eggs with yolk mixture: mound some of the yolk mixture in the hollow where the yolk used to be. Garnish with paprika or parsley. Enjoy! -Diana
