One Pot Tuna Noodles More Recipes Like This

Budget Casserole recipes

Ingredients: Metric Units
3 c. (0.7 L) water
8 oz. medium egg noodles
1 cup (0.2 L) frozen mixed vegetables
10.75oz. can condensed cheddar cheese soup
6oz. can tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 c. (119 ml) milk
1/4 tsp. (1 ml) pepper
Directions:
A "no oven necessary" casserole that comes together so fast! Perfect for a weeknight supper after a long day.

Yield: 6 servings

In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil; gradually add noodles.

Cover and simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally. Add vegetables and cook 5 min. longer. Stir in soup, tuna, milk and pepper. Heat through. Let stand several minutes. Enjoy! -Diana
