One tub Cool Whip
One can shredded pineapple with its juice
One pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Directions:
One day I couldn't find my recipe for Dairy Fruit Dip and was in a rush to make a fruit platter for a party. So down at the grocery store, I asked the cashier where they kept the tubs of fruit dip. She looked at me incredulously and shouted for all to hear, "You don't BUY fruit Dip! You ** MAKE ** Fruit Dip!" and rattled off this recipe. Valerie saved the day!
Combine in all ingredients in a large bowl. Let stand in fridge for at least two hours for flavor to develop. Serve with a large tray of cut up fruit. (Which you CAN buy at the grocery store if you're short on time.) Enjoy! -Diana
