6-8 pork loin chops
2 Tbsp. oil
1 10.75oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 medium potatoes in thin slices
1 onion, sliced
Directions:
A creamy pork chop recipe for the slow cooker. Pair it up with a vegetable or salad and dinner's done!
Yield: 6 servings
Heat oil in a large skillet. Brown pork chops on both sides.
In crock of the crockpot, combine cream of mushroom soup, chicken borth, mustard, thyme, garlic, and pepper. Add potatoes and onion. Stir to combine. Place chops on top.
Cover. Cook on
Low: 8-10 hours
High: 4-5 hours
