Crockpot Spicy Pork and Cabbage More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units
4-6 pork loin chops
salt and pepper to taste
4 c. shredded cabbage
3-4 tart apples, cored and diced
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 cloves
1 bay leaf
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. salt
A slow cooked pork chop recipe.

Yield: 4-6 servings

Season pork chops to taste with salt and pepper.

In crockpot, place cabbage, apples, and onion. Add cloves, bay leaf, sugar, water, cider vinegar, and salt. Stir well.

Lay pork chops on top of cabbage.

Cover. Cook on
Low: 8-10 hours
High: 4-5 hours
