Crockpot Chicken Curry More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1 10.75oz. cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. sherry
2 Tbsp. butter
2 scallions, chopped fine
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1/2 c. golden raisins
Curries without worries, indeed! Serve with rice for a subcontinental evening!

Yield: 4 servings

You will need: a slow cooker or crockpot

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in crockpot. Add cream of chicken soup, sherry, butter, scallions, curry powder, salt, pepper, and raisins. Stir to combine.

Cover. Cook on
Low: 6-8 hours
High: 2 1/2 - 4 hours

Serve over rice, with some chutneys on the side for fun.
