1 Tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese (1 brick)
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. confectioner's sugar
Directions:
Colonial Day recipe.
Yield: enough spread for 100 5th graders!
Let butter and cream cheese come to room temperature.
In a small-to-medium bowl, beat together all ingredients until smooth. Chill until ready to use. Serve with pumpkin bread.
