1/2 pt. heavy cream
2 egg yolks, well beaten
salt to taste |
Directions:
Colonial Day recipe.
Cook peas until just tender in boiling water. Drain. Cover peas with cream. Heat together. Have egg yolks ready in hot serving dish. Pour the peas and cream into the egg yolks, stirring as you do.
