Juiced Up Slow-Cooker Pork Chops More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units
6oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
6 1-inch thick boneless center cut pork chops
Directions:
Slow-cooked crockpot porkchops with a sweet-sour sauce.

Combine orange juice concentrate (not diluted into juice!), brown sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch, and garlic powder in crock of crockpot or slow-cooker.

Add meat. Stir well to coat with sauce ingredients.

Cover and cook:
6 to 8 hours on low
3 to 4 hours on high
