Salisbury Steak

Ingredients:
2 slices white bread 1/4 c. milk 1 3/4 lb. lean ground beef 1 tsp. salt pepper 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Salisbury Steak: burger night when you forgot to buy buns. A nice dinner with crispy potatoes and a veg. Remove crusts from bread and soak the slices of bread in the milk until soft. Lightly mix moist bread with ground beef until fully incorporated. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Shape into oval patties about 1 inch thick. Spray a broiler pan with nonstick spray. Place patties on prepared broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 min. then flip and broil the other side for another 5 min. or until done to your liking.
