3/4 c butter
1 1/2 c flour
1 c chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c confectioner's sugar (10X, icing sugar)
1 container Cool Whip
2 packages instant chocolate pudding
3 c milk
Directions:
Melt butter, add flour, nuts.
Bake in 9"x13" at 350º for 25 min. Cool.
Cream cream cheese and sugar. Add half of Cool Whip. Spread over nuts. Mix pudding mix with milk, spread over cream cheese. Chill.
Just prior to serving, top with other half of Cool Whip. Garnish with nuts, shaved chocolate.
