Ingredients: Metric Units
4 oz. of leftover rare- to med-rare steak
1 can of flat anchovy fillets
lemon juice
kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. capers
A great way to use leftover steak!
Take leftover steak out of the fridge and let warm up just a bit - 10 mins. or so. Slice steak into flat pieces about the width/length of your middle finger. Lay them out in a fan arrangement on a plate.

Lay fillets of anchovy on top of the arranged steak. You don't have to do one fillet for every piece of steak - that would be too fishy, and also quite salty. Just enough for your tastes.

Sprinkle first with lemon juice, then the kosher salt, then the pepper, then lastly sprinkle on the capers. Voila! Serves 1-2. Enjoy! -Diana
