Wined Onions


Ingredients:
3.5 to 4 pounds onions, any variety, sliced 1/2 cup butter 1 Tbsp. sugar 1/2 cup red wine, any variety 1 tsp. vinegar, any variety 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar. Saute' onion in skillet over a medium-high heat in butter/sugar mix for 3 to 5 mins. or until tender. Add wine, vinegar and salt. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 to 4 hours. Serves 6. Enjoy! -Diana
