2 Tbsp. Sugar
dash salt
3/4 cup half & half cream
1 cup (that's 6 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Freshly whipped cream, optional
mint sprigs, optional
Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine the egg, the sugar and the salt. Whisk in cream. Cook and stir over medium heat until the mix reaches 160 degrees and coats the back of a metal spoon.
Remove from heat and whisk in chocolate chips and vanilla until smooth. Pour into small pudding glasses. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 8 hours or overnight. Garnish with freshly whipped cream and mint leaf sprigs, if desired, just before serving. Enjoy! -Diana
