1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O Vanilla flavor instant pudding
1 20-oz. can Dole crushed pineapple in juice, drained
1 cup thawed Cool Whip
1 prepared angel food cake
1 cup fresh mixed seasonal berries
Whip up a summery delight without heating up the kitchen. A dramatic presentation for your picnic table.
Yield: 10 servings
Mix dry pudding mix and pineapple in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.
Cut angel food cake horizontally into 3 layers. Place bottom cake layer on serving plate; top with 1/3 of the pudding mix. Top with the middle layer of cake, then top that with more pudding mixture. Add the top layer, then top with more pudding mixture.
Refrigerate at least one hour. Top with berries just before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
