Ingredients: Metric Units
Base
1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough

Fruit Layer
1 8oz. package cream cheese
1 7oz. jar marshmallow crème
Assorted sliced fruit, about 2 cups

Glaze
1/2 c. sugar
pinch salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. water
1 tsp orange zest
Directions:
This was one of the desserts at church at my Grandma Green's 90th birthday celebration. Delicious, and so pretty on the buffet table!

Make the Base
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread sugar cookie dough in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350°F for 12-15 min. Dough will fill in while baking. Let cool.

Add the Fruity Layer
Combine cream cheese and 7oz. jar marshmallow crème. Spread on top of cooled baked cookie layer.

Arrange the fruit on top of creamy layer. Using a variety of colors of fruit makes this dessert really pop. Try blueberries, raspberries, strawberries (slice these), kiwifruit (peel and slice). Drain a small can of mandarin oranges and add that to your artful arrangement.

Finish it off With a Glaze
In a small saucepan, combine the ingredients for the glaze: sugar, salt, cornstarch, orange juice, water, and orange zest. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Let cool, then pour over fruit layer.

Cool it
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
