Yiddish Breakfast recipes
2 pkg frozen blintzes
1 stick butter, melted
4 eggs
1 1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Blend butter, eggs, sour cream, sugar, salt, vanilla and pour over blintzes. Bake 1 hour at 350° F. Serve with extra sour cream, fruit.
