Creamy Chive and Tomato Dip


Ingredients:
1 pkg. Neufchatel cheese 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream 1/4 cup skim milk 1/4 cup drained tomatoes (what's a drained tomato? I think it's a drained canned tomato) 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. freshly-ground black pepper
Directions:
Note: Clipped from the June 2009 issue of Good Housekeeping. In a food processor with knife blade attached, process the above ingredients until almost smooth. Serve with sliced fresh vegetables or baked potato chips. Makes 1-3/4 cups. Enjoy! -Diana
