2 lamb chops
1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, crushed
a couple of fresh rosemary sprigs
A blended diet doesn't mean you can't eat well!
Bake or cook lamb chops the way you would normally, but do not overcook and do not char.
Combine vinegar, brown sugar, the garlic cloves and the rosemary sprigs. Bring to a boil. Simmer about 6 minutes or until the sauce STARTS to thicken. Remove from heat. Use a fork to remove the rosemary sprigs.
Cut lamb from the bone and add to blender. Blend, adding sauce a bit at a time, until desired consistency.
