Ingredients: Metric Units
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup quick or old fashioned oats, uncooked
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup (1 stick ) butter
6 cups peeled, sliced apples (about 8 medium)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sugar, oats, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Arrange half the apple slices in buttered 8-inch square baking pan. Sprinkle half the sugar mixture over the apples. Top with remaining apples and sugar mixture. Bake 30 to 40 mins. or until apples are tender. Serve warm. 6 servings.
