One 4-pound fully cooked boneless ham
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
3 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
Directions:
-Place ham on a rack in a shallow baking pan. If desired, score top of ham in a diamond pattern, making cuts about 1/4 inch deep. Insert a meat thermometer.
-Bake in a 325 degree oven for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours or until thermometer registers 140 degrees.
-Meanwhile, use a wire whisk to stir maple syrup and mustard ina small bowl until smooth. Brush some sauce onto ham before slicing. Pass remaining sauce. Makes 12 servings. Enjoy!! -Diana
