1 Tbsp. corn oil
3 5" to 6" tortillas, halved, cut crosswise into 1/2" wide strips
4 eggs, beaten to blend
1/4 c. canned diced green chilis
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Tobasco to taste
Heat oil in heavy med nonstick skillet over med heat. Add tortillas, stir until softened, about 1 minute. Add eggs, chilis, cilantro. Stir until eggs softly set, about 3 minutes. Season with Tobasco to taste.
