Nam Prik Paste More Recipes Like This


Ingredients: Metric Units
10 dried red chilies
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Thai ginger
2 Tbsp lemon grass, sliced thin
2 tsp kaffir lime peel or leaves
2 Tbsp coriander root, chopped
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 oz chopped shallot
1 oz chopped garlic
1 tsp shrimp paste
Directions:
Put ginger, lemon grass, kaffir, coriander root into blender. Use Paste setting. Add pepper, pound in with mortar. Add shallots, garlic, pound again. Stir in shrimp paste, mix well.
