Brandy Lady Finger Dessert


Ingredients:
NOTE: Found in a Prison Family Project recipe collection book I got at a Tag Sale for 50 cents. Since it has uncooked egg white in it, make sure you're not a "compromised health" person (infant, elderly, prone to illness) if you're going to eat it. 4 eggs separated 1 cup sugar 1 cup brandy 1 cup heavy cream 1 pkg. lady fingers
Directions:
Cream the egg yolks and sugar until light. Put over low heat in a double boiler. Slowly add brandy and stir constantly until smooth and thick. Remove from heat. Fold in beaten egg whites (soft peaks) and cream. Pour on top of lady fingers. Refrigerate for a few hours. Enjoy! -Diana
