2 sirloin, T-bone or other thickly-cut steak
2 cups white wine
4 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery seeds
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
dash salt
Directions:
Pierce both sides of the steaks several times with a fork and place in a marinating dish (Shameless plug for that Tupperware thingie here!). In a small bowl, crush garlic cloves with the back of a spoon. Stir in the wine, Worcestershire Sauce and spices, then pour it over the steaks. Cover tightly and chill for 8 hours, turning the meat over once or twice during the time. Drain the steak and cook on a hot grill for 5 minutes on each side for medium rare. Enjoy! -Diana
