2 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp lime juice
1 med clove garlic, peeled, diced
3/4 tsp sugar
1 lb fresh tuna
2-3 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
Directions:
Combine soy sauce, lime juice, garlic and sugar. Put tuna into glass dish, pour marinade over the fish. Marinate 1-2 hours in refrigerator. Remove fish from marinade, discard marinade and place fish on a rack or broiling pan in a foil lined pan. Sprinkle pepepr on top, patting gently to adhere. Bake in a preheated 450° oven until cooked through.
