Mexican Appetizer Recipes
Ingredients: Metric Units
corn tortillas
oil for frying
Directions:
Cut corn tortillas in 6–8 wedges. Heat oil in frying pan until very hot but not smoking. Drop wedges in a few at a time. When bubbling lessens, remove with a slotted spoon and salt while hot. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
