2 Tbsp chili oil
4 oz. roasted peanut oil or a light sesame oil
3 oz tamari
3 oz rice vinegar
1 clove ginger
Tamari is a form of soy sauc that contains no wheat. Check your local Asian grocery.
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Makes 1/2 c.
