Low-Fat Bread Crisps More Recipes Like This


Ingredients: Metric Units
12 slices (1/2" thick) French bread
1 - 2 tsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Place bread slices on baking sheet. Heat together oil, garlic, Italian seasoning (basil, oregano, marjoram, rosemary). Lightly brush over bread. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 300 until bread is very crisp., 30 - 40 min.
