Low-Fat Bread Crisps


Ingredients:
12 slices (1/2" thick) French bread 1 - 2 tsp. olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Place bread slices on baking sheet. Heat together oil, garlic, Italian seasoning (basil, oregano, marjoram, rosemary). Lightly brush over bread. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 300° until bread is very crisp., 30 - 40 min.
