Meatballs for Crockpot More Recipes Like This

Potluck Appetizer Recipes

Ingredients: Metric Units
2 lbs (0.9 kg) ground beef
1 c (0.2 L) onion flavored bread crumbs
1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder
2 pkg onion soup mix
2 tsp (10 ml) worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
sauce of your choice
Directions:
In large bowl combine all ingredients, shape into meatballs. Brown in skillet with 1 Tbsp (15 ml) oil. Drain on paper towel. Makes about 60 meatballs. Place sauce and meatballs in crockpot. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or on High for 2 to 3 hours or until hot. Serve in Crockpot.
