Aunt Jen's Pepperoni Bread More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units
2 loaves frozen bread dough
1 lg. egg, beaten
1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced
1/2 lb. provolone cheese, sliced
8 oz. mozzarella, shredded
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. parsley
Directions:
Hostetler Family Recipe. A great thing to whip up for a potluck event - serve it with pizza sauce for dipping. Like a loaf of pizza!

Yield: 2 loaves

Roll out dough to 24" x 12". Brush each loaf with egg. Along the middle, layer slices of provolone and pepperoni (1 slice provolone to 3 slices pepperoni). Sprinkle with mozzarella and parsley. Overlap sides (like an omelet), and tuck ends of dough securely. Brush dough with beaten egg. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
