Boil milk.
Meanwhile, place egg yolks, sugar, flour in a bowl. Whisk the mixture together.
Slowly pour hot milk on the mixture while continuing to beat it.
Add instant coffee. Add vanilla.
Heat gently stirring continually until it thickens.
Let the mixture cool down, and then freeze it in an ice cream maker.
